Creative Manager

Orientation and management of creative fields:

Build and manage the creative process, ensuring brand image and message consistency across all media channels.
Lead, inspire and manage the design and creative team (in- house or agency) to create unique, impressive marketing publications that are consistent with the brand and attract potential customers in the market. Hospitality field.

Develop ideas and realize concepts:

Join the Marketing & Communications team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns, events and media publications.
Convert creative ideas into specific products such as brochures, websites, videos, social network content, advertising publications, etc., ensuring aesthetics and communication effectiveness.

Project and budget management:

Evaluate, analyze and report the effectiveness of creative publications against the company&039;s overall goals.
Plan, manage progress and budget for creative projects, ensuring completion on deadline and within budget.

Grasp the trend
: Regularly update the latest design trends, new technology, and marketing trends in the Hospitality industry to apply to your work.

Have experience in team management.
Quickly grasp design and marketing trends.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, priority is given to candidates with experience in the Hospitality industry (hotel, restaurant, tourism, etc.).
Knowledge of photography and videography is an advantage.
Effective time management and teamwork skills.
University graduate majoring in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing or related field.
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Communicate well in English.
