Job Purpose:
Collaborate with different departments to understand project requirements, deadlines, and constraints, balancing creative freedom with practical considerations.
Be is responsible for guiding and inspiring creative professionals, such as Graphic Designers, Photos, and Video Creators, to produce innovative and impactful work.
Nurture a supportive and collaborative work environment, encouraging brainstorming sessions and facilitating the exchange of ideas.
Creative Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and fostering creativity within a team and Lien A organization and involves setting a vision, providing strategic direction, and ensuring alignment with the Lien A&039;s goals.
Responsibilities:
DEFINE THE VISION:
Have a clear and compelling vision for each project, based on the stakeholder&039;s brief, the target audience, the market trends, and the brand identity.
Translate this vision into a creative strategy and a brief for their team, outlining the objectives, requirements, expectations, and guidelines for the project.
Present and pitch the vision to the stakeholders and get their feedback and approval.
LEADING THE TEAM:
Have to foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation within the team, encouraging them to share ideas, experiment, and learn from mistakes.
Assign roles and responsibilities, delegate tasks, monitor progress, provide feedback, and resolve conflicts.
Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor his/ her team members, ensuring that they have the skills, tools, and resources they need to perform their best.
MANAGE THE PROCESS:
Coordinate and integrate the creative work with other aspects of the project, such as marketing, sales, production, distribution, and testing.
Oversee the entire creative process, from ideation to execution to evaluation.
Ensure that the creative work complies with the legal, ethical, and technical requirements.
Plan and schedule the project, set deadlines and milestones, track and report on the status, and ensure that the project meets the quality standards and the client&039;s expectations.
DELIVER RESULTS
Collect and analyze the feedback and the results of the project, measuring its impact, effectiveness, and return on investment.
Showcase the work, explain the rationale, highlight the benefits, and answer any questions or concerns.
Deliver the final creative work to the stakeholder, ensuring that it meets their satisfaction and achieves their goals.
Use this data to improve their future work and to demonstrate their value and credibility.
STAY UPDATED
Keep up with the latest trends, technologies, tools, and best practices in the creative industry.
Network and collaborate with other creative professionals, experts, and influencers, learning from their experiences and insights.
Do research and explore new ideas, methods, and solutions that can enhance his/ her work and give him/ her a competitive edge.
Requirements:
Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects and campaigns.
Proven track record of successful creative project management
Proficiency in relevant creative software and tools.
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and problem- solving skills
Understanding of brand, product, digital media, and how people interact with each of them
At least 3 years of experience in a creative management role preferred
Be able to execute concepts to a visual standard for stakeholders’ presentations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in a creative leadership role.
Knowledge of current industry trends and emerging technologies.
Creative experience in an advertising agency is a must
Proven ability to manage and organize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications).
