Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Design Lead (Shift Lead) to spearhead our advertising projects. This individual will oversee a talented team of designers, ensuring high- quality, engaging ad designs that meet our clients‘ needs across different regions.
Responsibilities:
Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
Oversee the entire design process, from concept development to final production.
Translate customer production material into selling campaigns by focusing on message, color, images, and layout.
Ensure ad productions are delivered according to deadlines and timeframes, and work proactively.
Mentor and provide guidance to all team members, fostering a culture of collaboration.
Proof and manage customer contact.
Produce static print and digital ads for the customers.
Maintain and, if necessary, develop our customers‘ ad and graphic profiles.
Ensure smooth collaboration and project delivery.
Stay abreast of design trends and printing techniques.
Quality assure the design, message, and content of the production.
Lead and manage a team of graphic designers in creating innovative and effective ads.
Develop and implement creative strategies and design solutions tailored to the medium.
Coordinate with sales and editorial teams to integrate ads seamlessly into layouts.
Qualifications:
Experience with AI prompting for images and copy.
Nice to have an extensive experience (5+ years) in related fields above as a leading role, with a strong focus on media and advertising.
Basic copywriting skills.
Proficiency in image editing, image masking, ICC profiles, color management, and image resolution is an advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Swedish
Knowledge of marketing rules.
Creative problem- solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market needs and client feedback.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse design team.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Business, Marketing, Communications, or Management. A master‘s degree is a plus.
Deep insight into consumers‘ culture and preferences is an advantage.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Working Schedule
You will be working in shifts to engage with our clients around the world who operate in different time zones from ours. Shifts will be rotated weekly, and arranged by team leader:
Morning shift: 7.00 AM- 3.00 PM
Evening shift: 3.00 PM- 11.00 PM
