Creative Planner (Event)

Report to:Planning Manager
Overview of the role: Brainstorm ideas and concepts for the events with the Team and express those ideas in the proposals in an attractive, interesting and aesthetical way.
General Responsibilities:
·Stay updated on trends, follow entertainment shows, concerts... in Viet Nam and other countries
·Participate in pitching
·Other related tasks as requested by the Line Manager.
·Coordinate with the Design Team to complete proposals/demo clips that meet the Company&039;s quality standards...
·Together with other team members brainstorm to come up with ideas and concepts for events/projects
·Research information, insight... about client; find reference sources for ideas....
·Attend brief meetings to understand the client’s requirements, budget...clearly
·Attend de- brief meetings with internal Teams (Account, Design...)
·Present ideas to the internal Teams & BOD

. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Multimedia, Press, or other related fields
·Good written skills, particularly in proposals & presentation
·At least 1 year of experience in the same position at Event Agencies
·Logical thinking in conceptual rationale
·Professional appearance and persona
·Good English ability, both in verbal and written skills; Being able to present is an advantage
·Good time management; Ability to work overtime, especially under tight deadlines, handle pressure well
·Strong understanding of client and market dynamic requirements
·Proficient in PowerPoint skills
