Key Responsibilities:
Implement CRM Data Analysis Framework: Build and deploy a comprehensive data analysis framework for CRM, ensuring data reliability and usability.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Provide support and consultation to other departments on data utilization and reporting strategies to optimize CRM activities.
Participate in the implementation of the Salesforce CRM solution, taking responsibility for data- related tasks and data analysis throughout the project deployment process.
Conduct Data Analysis (Including Advanced Analytics): Perform data analyses, including advanced techniques such as predictive and prescriptive analytics, to generate valuable business insights.
Develop Reports/Dashboards: Design, implement, and manage automated, accurate, and timely reports and dashboards to support data- driven decision- making.

Professional Requirements:
Reporting and Data Modeling Proficiency: Strong understanding of data modeling and the ability to design CRM- based reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI.
Programming Skills: Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, or R, with the ability to create scripts and tools for data analysis automation.
Customer Data Analysis Experience: Demonstrated expertise in handling data- related tasks and conducting data analysis within the Salesforce CRM system.
Data Science Model Implementation: Experience in training, evaluating, and deploying Data Science models. Proficient in using Machine Learning libraries such as Scikit- learn and TensorFlow.
Preferred Qualifications
Professional Certifications (Preferred): Relevant certifications in Salesforce CRM, such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Data Architect, etc.
Cloud Experience (Preferred): Experience working with cloud solutions like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is a plus.
CRM System Knowledge (Preferred): In- depth understanding of CRM systems and data management processes within these systems is an advantage.
Professional Certifications (Preferred): Certifications related to Tableau or Data Engineering, such as Tableau Desktop Specialist, Tableau Server Certified Associate, or Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer
