CRM & Digital Marketing Specialist

Role Description
This is a full- time on- site role for a CRM & Digital Marketing Specialist at VTC Academy. The specialist will be responsible for various day- to- day tasks related to customer relationship management (CRM) and digital marketing. This includes analyzing data, managing projects, communicating with stakeholders, and utilizing strong sales and communication skills to drive marketing initiatives. The role is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Qualifications

Performances Digital Marketing and Budgeting Marketing Plan
Bachelor&039;s degree in a relevant field
Experience in sales and customer relationship management (CRM)
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data effectively
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in project management and coordinating marketing initiatives
Ability to adapt to a fast- paced and evolving industry
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Priority is given to candidates who are strong in IT, Fintech, ecommerce, saas,
Edtech and the ability to apply information technology well.
- Have experience and track record of converting potential leads into customers
Purchasing goods according to sales targets of the Marketing Department.
- Master, understand and have experience using some popular CRM toolstoday (specifically: Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Zendesk,...)
- Have market research and market identification skills to optimize operations
Effective Digital Marketing campaign, participated in market research (Market Research) is an advantage.
- Understanding of e- Learning systems or available online training software Similar features are plus points
