Position description:
E- commerce Account & Operation Management (50%):
Track and analyze internal and external KPIs related to account performance and operation efficiency.
Understand the business models and products of assigned accounts to ensure smooth and effective account operations.
Monitor inbound customer inquiries related to accounts, ensure timely and accurate responses to maintain high service standards.
Coordinate closely with higher management to develop and implement operational strategies.
Manage and optimize the performance of customers/accounts on the E- commerce platform, including maintenance, daily operation, and performance tracking.
Export Service Consultation & Support (50%):
Provide expert consultation and promote the company’s export- related service packages to existing and potential customers.
Consult and support other internal teams on logistics- related issues to ensure smooth cross- department operations.
Advise and support customers on issues regarding import and export procedures and compliance.
Prepare and deliver reports on export service activities and customer feedback to Service & Operation Manager and other key stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure export service delivery aligns with customer needs and company policies.
Reporting and Other Responsibilities:
Report regularly to the Service & Operation Manager, Board of Directors, and other relevant stakeholders.
Perform additional tasks or projects assigned by the Manager to support business growth and department goals.
Position requirement:
Confident in conversational English, capable of reading documents and exchanging emails with international partners.
Quick learner, proactive in acquiring and updating knowledge in e- commerce and export fields.
Passionate about and interested in the fields of e- commerce and import- export services.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, E- commerce, Logistics, or related fields.
Intermediate understanding of import- export processes and logistics.
At least 1 year of work or internship experience related to e- commerce account operations or export- import service consulting is an advantage.
Good communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and handle customer requests effectively.
Proficient in using office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and popular e- commerce platforms.

Work location: HCM Office: Sala Urban Area, No. 21- 23 B4 Street, An Loi Dong Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.
