• Quality Management System review/ Audit regularly
• ISO 9000:2008 review/Audit
• Customer requirement correspondance
Establish an internal verification plan
Collaborate with customers:
• Complete product / unit knowledge
• Ability to meet customer requirements
• Office management skills, communication, verification
Customer service
• Organize customer meetings to find out the causes, measures and report on QIMS
• Managing and handling customer&039;s complaint and customer&039;s problem, coordinating with production to analyze those complaints and devise improvement plans and measures & send to customer.
• Coordinate when customers come for verification

• Ability to lead all the quality personnel to formulate, implement and evaluate quality strategies and system to ensure conformity and enhancement of part quality and standards
• Creative thinking and quality solving principles (e.g. 8D reports, 5- Why analysis, etc.)
• University graduated or higher;
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001; QC080000; IATF16949
• Communication skills
• At least 05 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent Chinese & English (4 Skills)
• Customer Specific Requirements.
• Auditing skills
