CSR factory / Social Compliance

Learn and stay updated on local labor, wage, and safety laws; labor contracts; client codes of conduct; and international human rights standards (such as WRAP, BSCI, SMETA, etc.).
Provide support, training, and effective communication to partners as needed.
Conduct daily compliance tasks and prepare documents for clients, third- party auditors, and government audits.
Ensure compliance with all legal requirements to support smooth and lawful company operations.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Update and maintain legal documents and international standards related to social compliance.
Manage and oversee social compliance activities at the factory.
Participate in cross- audits across different sites/factories.

• Has experience in garment/textile/washing manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of BSCI, WRAP, SMETA, etc. either.
• Knowledge of local legislation and main trends in the local market on social compliance.
• English is preferable
• University/College degree in Law, environment or social fields depending on the responsibility area
• At least 2 years of experience in social compliance
