Stock & Sales Management

Responsible for RFID devices and monitoring deliveries.
Ensure effective replenishment and complete orders per company guidelines.
Use commercial tools to support Store Director and drive sales to meet targets.
Manage stockroom organization, online storage, and ensure visual merchandising standards.

Product/Commercial/Visual Management

Maintain shop floor layout and merchandising per company policies.
Ensure best RFID practices and control product levels in store.
Analyze business data and plan commercial and visual activities.

Customer Service

Drive customer service plans, train staff, and ensure return policy compliance.
Lead by example in delivering high customer service and resolving issues.

Store Procedures

Support Store Director with security and Health & Safety procedures.
Oversee delivery processes and stock takes, reacting to challenges.

People Management

Train delivery and stockroom teams, prepare rotas, and coordinate meetings.
Support recruitment and enforce company policies on hours management.

Health & Safety

Maintain store cleanliness, promote safety practices, and be aware of First Aiders.

At least 1 year of experience in fashion retail chains (Big brands).
Strong communication, problem- solving, and team management skills.
Or candidates with over 1 year of store management experience, and English proficiency, in Food and Beverage or Hospitality chains.
