【Job Summary】
- Responsible for work as a Customs Clearance Logistics Operation Assistant.
【Job Description】
Review sales price applications submitted by the Sales Departments in Japan and China, including:
- Confirming whether any costs are missing
- Confirming whether profit margins are properly included
- Assessing the possibility of additional costs arising
- Checking for errors in cost calculations
Cost Calculation and Profit Margin Analysis
- Accurately calculate the required costs for each project and analyze profit margins
- Propose improvement or adjustment plans to the Sales Department when necessary
Data Preparation and Reporting
- Prepare data and reporting materials based on review results
Communication and Coordination
- Coordinate smoothly with the Sales Departments and related divisions at the Japan headquarters and China branch
- Participate in online meetings and use chat tools when necessary
Customer Service, Customs Clearance, and Other Department Support
- Review data related to customer service operations
- Review customs- related documents such as manifests in accordance with the original data

- Bachelor&039;s degree in a relevant field
- Good in English ( From Intermediate level)
- At least 1- 2 years of experience in Accounting or Sales Support / Pricing staff logistics position
- A basic understanding of international trade and import/export processes
