Customer Experience Project Management - Operations, Shopee

Track and deliver a thorough analysis of competitor intelligence and Voice of the Customer feedback related to operational services, focusing on aspects of service availability and quality.
Drive the design and development of overall E2E buyer journey health dashboards and coordinate with other business stakeholders to improve overall metrics.
Evaluate potential improvement & drive innovative Ops solutions regarding post- purchase to improve buyer experience & increase buyer retention.
Assist the team lead in envisioning and creating new feature developments aimed at enhancing the buyer experience.

Demonstrates a strong willingness to acquire and incorporate new knowledge, with a particular emphasis on cultivating customer- centric perspectives
Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis;
Highly meticulous and good at coordination with strong stakeholder management, able to work under extreme pressure
At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in Consulting, Marketing, Project Management, or other relevant experience(s)
Willing to be hands- on with strong project management abilities
