Software Engineering Project Manager (Korean Language)

• Serve as the primary point of contact between engineering teams, business stakeholders, and clients.
• Lead and manage software development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
• Establish, monitor, and report on project timelines, milestones, and progress, ensuring the highest quality standards.
• Facilitate effective communication across cross- functional teams, with a particular focus on coordinating with Korean- speaking stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project updates, status reports, and post- project evaluations.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to manage project challenges.

• Fluency in both Vietnamese and Korean, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multicultural teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong problem- solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project issues.
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in PMO roles, with a strong ability to manage resources, timelines, and deliverables.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering, specifically within web or e- commerce projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• PMP or other project management certifications.
• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Asana, or MS Project.
