MAAS EdTech is seeking a professional and passionate Customer Relations Executive to join our MAAS Team.

WORKING TIME: 8- hour rotating working shifts
30 AM – 5.30 PM (Day Shift – Working at 1st Floor, Block C, An Khang Building, Street 19, An Phu Ward, Thu Duc city, HCMC or Working form home)
30 PM – 12.00 AM (Night Shift or Weekend – Working Online from Home)
You will work in rotating shifts with your colleagues, you will have to work at least 4 days/week and work at the office at least 1 day/week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Furthermore, 10% of your duties involve Data Management and Internal Processes. This entails maintaining internal files, conducting monthly data reconciliation processes, generating reports for the Customer Relations Department, and coordinating customer refund requests with relevant departments.
In this role, 90% of your responsibilities is to focus on Customer Care Services and Order Management. This means actively engaging with customers to understand their needs, and creating quotes. You&039;ll collaborate closely with the Operations Management Department to guide the customers through the ordering process, including sharing necessary information, addressing inquiries and overseeing the transmission of assignment versions between writers and customers, ensuring a smooth experience, and reconnecting with previous customers to maintain excellent service standards. Furthermore, you&039;ll be accountable for monitoring monthly revenue.
REQUIREMENTS
Be able to read and write emails in English;
Understanding consumer trends and customer service needs;
Self- driven and ability to work independently;
Multitasking;
Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
Time management skills;
6- month experience in Sales, Customer Service is preferred;
Bachelor’s degree in any subject is acceptable;
High information security awareness;
Teamwork.
