Customer Service Agent cum Concierge Agent

Be informed on hotel events, promotions, facilities, and services and actively promote these to guests/customers, acting as an ambassador to The Grand Ho Tram.
Acts as an ambassador for the hotel with a professional and discreet demeanor and creativity, which predicts guests’/customers’ expectations and ensures their return business.
Positively collaborates and communicates proactively with other departments regarding VIPs, special requests, group needs, check- out and other guest/customer needs that might arise.
Meets and greets potential buyers/customers upon arrival, conducts hotel/resort tours and answers any questions and concerns the buyers/customers may have.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Fluency in English (written and spoken) is preferred.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with guests/buyers/customers and maintain a professional, neat, and well- groomed appearance.
Microsoft Office knowledge is preferred.
Capacity to foster productive relations with peers and ensure teamwork is the prevailing way to conduct business.
Organized, can multi- task, good problem- solving skills and detail- oriented.
Knowledge of local areas and attractions is preferred.
One year related to customer/guest service is preferred.
A college degree is preferred.
Ability to fluently speak the workplace&039;s primary language, both verbally and nonverbally.
