Customer Service Associate

· Obtains adequate customer and product knowledge to find solutions for customer needs (e.g. additional and/or alternative products).
· Registers and update master data in replenishment tool.
· Manage generated order efficiently, prioritizing timely order approval process.
· Completes registering / filing / archiving of monthly target inventory in systems.
· Build a standard process and norm process for replenishment.
· Align and closely work with Sales team and Distributor to build Inventory norm, define Replenishment Service Levels, distributor lead time, min- max order quantity and seasonality factor.
· Work with Project team to pilot this project in Vietnam.
· Follow and assessment actual result and build KPI to deploy in nationwide.
· Define material criteria, FSN classification.
· Assures cooperation between customer service and field force regarding administration of customers’ orders. Closely cooperates with the Logistics and Planning function to maintain consistency in approach towards customer service in the organization.

· 3- 5 years work experience in customer services / sales management
· Project management and Stakeholder management
· Minimum bachelor degree skill
· Interpersonal skills with multi- departments
· Strong proficiency in the use ERP systems or other systems
· Customer service orientation and Problem solving
