Working hours:
Take 2 days off/week.
12:00 – 21:00 | 13:00 – 22:00
Night shift: 19:00 – 4:00 | 20:00 – 5:00 |

- Ensure the best customer experience, respond quickly and professionally.
- Guide customers to handle changes, refunds/cancellations of services, complaints.
- Update special situations to management when necessary.
- Support customers with issues related to travel apps.
- Receive and process customer requests via phone, email, chat and text messages.
- Provide accurate information about products/services, policies, terms of use.
Requirement:
- Ability to use office computer (Email, Excel, Word) and work on multiple systems at the same time.
- High school graduate or higher, experience in Call Center or Customer Service is preferred.
- Good communication skills, flexible situation handling
- English: Work 100% in English. Participate in English test during interview.
- Average income:
10,000,000- 12,000,000 VND/month. In which:
+ Basic salary: 7,500,000 VND/month.
+ Receive 100% salary during 02 months of probation.
+ Night shift allowance: 30% of basic salary.
+ Meal allowance: 500,000 VND/month.
+ KPI bonus: 900,000- 1,200,000 VND/month.
+ Work allowance: 1,000,000 VND/month (applied after 2 months of probation).
