• Receive Customer’s feedback to improve our quality services
• Ensure following HSC policy/guidance
• Ensure that all information provided to external customers/internal customer are accurate
• Support Customer on his/her demand
• Provide the best quality services of HSC to enhance customer experience
• Support Customer on his/her demand via call center

• Other task (if any) per Team Leader’s assignment
• Ensure that all information provided to customers are accurate
• Receive Customer’s feedback to improve our quality services
• Receive, support and explain to customer’s query via phone calls

Technical skills: Fluent in English
Education level: Bachelor Degree
Knowledge & Experiences: Experience in Securities, Finance, Banking
Soft skills:
• Good at communication and resolve issues
• Pronunciation is friendly and easy to listen
• Team work
