Customer Service Executive -Using English + Korean

WORKING TIME:

Average working time 46.5 hours/week
Working schedule according to company arrangements
Morning shift: 07:00- 15:00
2 days off/ week, 1 weekday and 1 weekend off.
Afternoon shift: 15:00- 23:00

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Coordinate with departments in the company to support and solve customer problems, and improve the company&039;s services;
Support partners to handle order problems;
Other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Manage and maintain customer information database;
Support customers using English, Korean and Vietnamese;
Receive, investigate and resolve customer inquiries and complaints;

English equivalent to Toeic 700- 750, or IELTS 6.0- 6.5 (fluent communication);
Age: Prefer under 25.
Have a personal laptop;
Good communication, self- discipline and responsibility for work;
Korean equivalent to Topik 3 (basic communication);
No experience is required, having experience is a plus;
