- In this position, you will report directly to the General Manager in Vietnam

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Receive booking orders from customers / overseas agents.
- Need to know about airfreight Charter.
- Release booking to shipper
- Need to know Ocean/airfreight rate and documentation.
- Checking MBL and confirming to co- loader / carrier before cutoff SI
- Contact with vendor and arrange trucking.
- Keep tracing/following up on shipment cargo release to the consignee.
- Co- op with other departments for shipment EXW, FCA, DAP, DDP, ...
- Report to Manager
- Get booking confirmation from co- loader / carrier/airlines
- Send a pre- alert to over sea agent
- Other tasks from Manager
- Submit SI, and VGM for co- loader / carrier
- Checking approval with Collect shipment, forward the email to the Sales team to quote with Prepaid shipment.
- Issue D/N, checking cost D/N, follow shipment payment and release document.
- Issue Draft HBL
- Submit MNF with import shipment.

WHAT WE NEED
- University / College graduate, majoring in International Business
- Have 2- 3 years working in both Ocean/Air export and Import.
- Advance English
- Can work under high pressure, good physical health.
- Have strong knowledge of shipment to the US especially.
