Customer Service (Fluent English)

- Monitor and continuously update the Company&039;s policies on products/services
- Ensure customer requests are fulfilled and responded to quickly, completely and accurately, bringing satisfaction to customers.
- Receive and manage customer complaints and issues and provide information to the appropriate departments to handle those complaints.
- Receive and handle customer requests/inquiries related to products/services provided by the Company
- Connect relationships with customers.
- Promote promotional programs, attractive preferential service packages of businesses to customers....

- Proficient in English speaking and writing skills: (Ielts 6.0 or Toeic 750 is a plus)
- Graduate from college or university
- Self- study, independent work and good teamwork skills
- Experience in customer service, basic Bank or Insurance knowledge, is an advantage.
➖ Nature of work:
Working night shift according to US company hours as follows:
Working time: 21:00 pm to 6:00 am (with 2 hours to rest between hours)
Working from Monday to Friday

- Probational salary 12,750,000 / 1 Month (hard salary)
- Salary Sign official contract 15,000,000 / 1 month (hard salary and can increase if you do well)
- Probation period: 02 months
