- Comply with QHSE policy & Quality management system (SOP, forms, guidelines, ISO17025, etc.).
- Other duties as requested by team leader/ CS Supervisor.
- Input order information into job management file for controlling productivity, revenue...
- Create sample delivery or registration form (if the tests are subcontracted) basing on application form/quotation/client&039;s request for each order for team leader review
- Receive samples and register on the system.
- Track orders and provide information requested by clients.
- Follow up the results tested by subcontractor and have proper actions
- Send order confirmation and update to relevant teams if there are any updates from clients to have proper actions.
- Cooperate with other teams to reach revenue target, transferring better service for customers.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University graduate in: Chemistry/Food Technology/ Biotechnology
- Able to work independently and working in shift
- Willing working in shift (Mon- Sat: 8AM- 5PM & 10AM- 7PM)
- English skills: reading & writing skills
- Fresh students (Have "Temporary Graduate Certification" or "Certificate of Completion of Study") or at least 6 months experience in relative position
