To be responsible for inventory management (inbound and outbound), and coordinate quarterly stocktaking as well as documentation.
Other tasks assigned by Line manager.
To be responsible for customer order processing including order input, order receiving, local delivery follow up, customers inquiries/ payment checking; handle customer complaints about supply chain/ logistics issues, transportation cost...
To be responsible for delivery document in compliance with local regulation and business model.

Female.
Bachelor degree with major in College/University degree (Major in Logistic/International Business Economics/Foreign trade is an advantage).
Able to work independently and team work in a multi tasks.
Excellent using of Microsoft office.
Good command of English.
Experience in logistics will be an advantage for recruitment.
Understand of Sales process within chemical sector or related field.
Good communication, negotiation, problem solving and analytical skills.
Hard working, accurate, strong sense of responsibility.
2- 4 years working experience in supply chain management is preferred. Ideally familiar with Trading business model and/or experience with multinational chemical companies.
