🌸Responsibilities
We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist who is proactive, customer- focused, and passionate about creating joyful experiences for our customers. You’ll interact directly with customers via online channels and hotline, assist with orders, resolve issues, and help drive sales through thoughtful consultation.
Customer Consulting:
Advise on product selection and promotions to drive sales.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Engage with customers via chat, email, and social media.
Customer Support:
Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Ensure a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
Shift A: from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Shift N: from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Working time: 6 days/week
🌸Qualifications
Shift M: from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Prior experience in customer service, e- commerce, or hospitality preferred
Good communication skills in English
Problem- solving mindset and attention to detail.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to team success.
Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
Fast typing & multitasking capabilities.
