JOB DESCRIPTION
1 Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales department to enhance product consultation quality;
- Check, update, and summarize order data;
- Provide after- sales customer care;
- Call potential customers from provided data sources to confirm and close orders;
- Collaborate with other departments to complete assigned tasks.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve product- related issues;
- Send periodic reports on product usage quality and suggest improvements;
2 Requirements
- Comfortable using software systems, proficient in computer and office tools;
- Ability to communicate in Malay/Indonesian;
- Passion for customer interaction and support.
- Proactive and eager to learn;
BENEFITS
1 Compensation
- Salary:
+ For Indonesian candidates: 4,000,000 – 4,200,000 IDR + allowance + commission
+ For Malaysian candidates: 1,100 – 1,200 MYR + allowance + commission
- Additional allowances (if applicable)
- KPI bonus
2 Work Conditions
Working hours: 8 hours/day, rotating shifts, 1 day off per week
Shift 1: 08:00 – 17:30

Hanoi Office: Roman Plaza, To Huu Street, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi
Leave policy:
After probation: 1 day of leave per month
Other holidays and leaves according to company regulations and job nature
