Customer Service (Night Shift)

Receive and respond to customer’s feedback.
Shift 2: 4 AM – 12 AM
Assist other departments within the company as needed.
Working Hours
Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
Shift 1: 8 PM – 4 AM
Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries in both English and Vietnamese.
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, professionally, and politely.
5 days per week
Have responsibility, adaptability, and the ability to handle work pressure.

Salary: 11,000,000 VND – 13,000,000 + KPI + Allowance.
Comprehensive training and provided with relevant materials.
Excellent communication skills (listening, speaking). Good English communication skills are a strong advantage. (English level IELTS 5.5 – 6.0 or equivalent)
Skills in using computers and office software (Excel, Word).
Own a laptop/PC to support Work From Home (WFH) in case of emergencies.
Supplied with equipment and support necessary for the job.
Requirements
Due to the nature of night shifts, the ability to manage schedules and workloads is necessary to maintain health and well- being for nighttime work.
Experienced in customer care or call centers is an advantage.
Flexible working hours.
