Customer Service Part- Time

Job Description:
There will be a short time training period for the job, during which you will learn everything about how our product works and how to effectively respond to customer inquiries.
This will involve answering support tickets/Chat Channel for our company to help them solve the issue with billing and orders
We’re looking for candidates with at least 6 months working for the similar position. Experience in E- commerce or Apparel Print on Demand industry is highly appreciated.
You should be familiar with the ticketing systems like LiveChat and Freshdesk, and have experience in support US/EU customers.
Details:
Coordinate with the design department to make order adjustments as required.
Work directly with customers to resolve order- related issues.
Document customer issues and inputs in the ticketing system.
Respond to customer web inquires regarding online orders.
Order approval (ensure the print file quality before proceeding to production).
Provide recommendations on product purchases.
Assist customers with comprehensive technical support of their product.
Assist customers in email and chat regarding placing orders, order confirmation, product/promotion questions, shipping status, returns, etc. with the goal of increasing business, customer satisfaction and retention.

Ability to handle multiple chats/customers simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills.
E- commerce experience is a plus.
Courteous and professional in customer interactions.
Fluent in written English.
Experience in customer support (Chat Channel) is a plus.
Strong time management and prioritization abilities.

Working remotely, only on Saturday and Sunday
Be trained how to effectively respond to customer inquiries
Wage: 50,000 VNĐ/ hour
