Customer Service Representative Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:
● Provide prompt and effective customer support via multiple channels (hotline, SMS,
email) on platforms like Etsy and TikTok
● Manage order status updates, addressing customer questions and concerns
proactively.
● Resolve customer complaints and negative feedback efficiently, focusing on
enhancing satisfaction and loyalty.
● Maintain transparent communication with customers through timely confirmation
emails and updates.
● Report regularly to the team leader on progress, customer feedback, and any
emerging issues.
● Collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams to resolve complex customer
problems.
Requirements:
● Experience: Prior Print on Demand (POD) experience or at least one year of
relevant customer service experience is preferred. Ability to manage a high workload
and perform effectively under pressure is essential.
● Language Proficiency: Excellent English (IELTS 7.0 or higher) with strong written
and verbal communication skills.
● Customer Focus: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service,
demonstrating empathy and effectively handling challenging situations.
● Attention to Detail: Meticulous and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and
meet deadlines.
● Problem- Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem- solving abilities to identify
and implement effective solutions.
Salary and Benefits:
● Competitive Salary: 9,000,000- 12,000,000 VND per month (negotiable based on
skills and experience).
● Working Hours: 8:00 PM- 4:00 AM (one day off per week). Remote work after 1- 2
