Customer Service Specialist

Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

Location: District 9, Thu Duc, HCM
Tenant Contract Renewals: Manage contract renewals, prioritizing tenant relationships and retention.
Rental Collection: Ensure seamless rent collection, maintaining accurate records and efficient processes.
Property Maintenance: Oversee property upkeep, collaborating with teams for timely maintenance solutions.
Community Building: Innovate tenant experiences, crafting a vibrant community through engaging initiatives.
Marketing: Develop and implement strategies that attract potential tenants, enhancing property visibility.
Tenant Experience: Deliver impeccable hospitality services, promptly addressing needs, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere that sets us apart.
Viewing and Sales: Showcase properties persuasively, aiding in successful tenant acquisitions and sales efforts.
Tenant Relationship Management: Build strong tenant relationships, resolving queries and issues promptly.

Qualifications:

Able to communicate in English fluently.
1- 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in industries such as real estate, commercial property, hospitality (hotels/restaurants), insurance, and related sectors.
People person.
Customer- centric mindset with attention to detail.
Flexibility to accommodate varying work hours and location.
Passionate about delivering an exceptional living experience.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Doesn’t mind traveling across HCMC (travel expenses claimable).
Passionate about community building.
