Oversee Service Center’s Operation Management & Service Network KPI Management:
- Looking for candidate to setup new ASC on demand (Coverage area, finance and manpower ability…).
- Daily supervise and support Service Center to meet the performance target (Repair speed, Long Pending, Repair quality, Customer satisfaction index, secure spare part safety stock, etc.,).
- Regular update and training for Admin about service policy.
- Timely solution to prevent customers complain (Co- working with VOC team, Dealer Support team and Trainer).
- Daily NPS Detractor review and communicate to Technician, Service Center Admin to define the root cause. Conduct MOT training to prevent the same issue in future.
- Support Service Center on Warehouse management and Defective part return.
- Brand Image management: monthly update brand visual condition at Service Centers for renew request if any (Signboard, Car, Poster...).
- Weekly, Monthly review and visit to support the Top Worst Performance ESC/ASC to improve timely.
