CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF

We provide shuttle bus from Bien Hoa/ Thu Duc/ Ba Ria to our Factory (Nhon Trach) for this position.

Pass customer demand to the MPL department timely and accurately, make sure they fully understand, and input into production plan correctly.
Maintain different kinds of reports and records.
Process order entries in the ERP system, and ensure these entries are accurate.
Communicate with customers for shipping schedules, forecasts, and any other demand or emergency.
Assist in the investigation of customer complaints, and handle return and exchange.
Attend CFT meetings, understand meeting subjects, and take action according to meeting minutes.
Send invoices or other bills to customers and track receivables timely. Write off invoice in ERP based on received payment.
Prepare shipping documents, proceed with freight booking, and liaise with MPL, production, warehouse, customs, and forwarders to ensure delivery of outgoing shipments is picked up on time.
Monitor production status by checking system reports and communicating with MPL, and Production, to ensure customer customer- requested shipping plans can be achieved.

Work experience in an international company or organization is preferable.
Strong mindset for planning
5- 7 years or above Experience in customer service/logistics for the manufacturing company
Proficiency in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong system tracking
Experience in working with ERP
Good command of English reading, writing, and listening, speaking.
