Customer Service Staff (Sales Support Or Sales Full Time) - Experience With US/Canada Routes

Support the Sales team in approaching, consulting, and quoting logistics services to customers/Contact customers to advise on vessel schedules and shipment details for booking.
Process and maintain customer data and relationships.
Submit daily, weekly reports, monthly volume reports, and self- evaluate KPI.
Assist the accounting department in debt collection.
Track, update, and notify shipment status to customers and agents.
Coordinate with departments to promptly and efficiently handle customer needs for bookings, container pick- up/drop- off, and transportation procedures.
Plan to approach new potential customers and maintain service for existing ones/Book space with carriers, co- loaders, and airlines for shipments.
Negotiate and finalize service contract terms with managed customers/Check door- to- door rates with agents for sales inquiries.
Other tasks assigned by the Manager.
Monitor large shipments and resolve any issues during transport.

Traits: Proactive, responsible, detail- oriented, pressure- tolerant, long- term commitment to logistics, confidentiality awareness.
Experience: Minimum 1- 2 years in a similar role.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem- solving; proficient in office software; good English; strong teamwork and independence.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Import- Export, or Logistics.
Preference: Experience with US/Canada routes.
