Customer Service (Toys/Furniture Testing) (Chinese Fluent)
Mô tả công việc
- Handle internal query on order status.
- Handle client queries (collect info from related team).
- Register job no. (VNHL & BOSS no.), prepare SO and send SO, PI to client.
- Handle revised report as client request.
- Check client payment status (contract or in advance) and follow debt.
- Other assignments upon getting request.
- Clarify unclear information of KAM program.
- Monthly/ Weekly summary for account handling
- Receive sample, check TRF & sample size
Yêu cầu công việc
- With skill of customer service is preferred
- Good communication and reporting skill
- Good at English, Chinese
- At least 6 months experience in related field
- Office computer: good
- University graduated
