Customer Services Executive

We are looking for Customer Services Executive in order to support Customers in the most efficiency way as well as promote users&039; experience.
Vietmap Application JSC.is established in the year 2006 by an elite group of experts in GIS (Geographic Information System) and information technology.
Today, VIETMAP is known as a leading company in Vietnam about digital map making as well as GIS services and products providing.
Responsibilities:

Shift working time is required
Take and process orders (All channels) in an accurate manner
Direct prospects to the Auto sales team when needed
Enter and update customer information in the database (CRM/DMS)
Feedback questions/querries about products or the company to close the sales
Follow up & keep records of calls and sales and note necessary information
Actively & skillfully handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product (Hardware/software) or services using scripts

Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
1- 2 years experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus
Excellent knowledge of English
Good knowledge of relevant CRM system and telephone systems
Cool- tempered and able to handle rejection
