Ninety Eight is looking for a top- notch Customer Specialist to join our team. Your goal will be to ensure exceptional service standards, address customer inquiries, sustain high customer satisfaction, and contribute to the growth of Ninety Eight’s products.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Moderate Ninety Eight product chat groups by responding to comments, answering direct messages, and managing questions to maintain one- on- one engagement with the audience.
Go the extra mile to engage customers
Create and manage product user guides
Gather customer feedback, provide insights and suggestions to enhance and grow Ninety Eight products
Handle customer queries, and manage complaints by providing solutions and options. Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information. Report technical issues to the team in charge and follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Work with other departments on the smooth execution of campaigns and feature launches to ensure high customer satisfaction.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Meticulous, with great attention to detail
Self- motivated and capable of working independently without supervision
Good written English skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem- solving abilities — technical troubleshooting skills are a must
Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain, and DeFi products is a plus
Strong sense of responsibility and a team- oriented mindset
Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar customer service role
Strong research skills and the ability to learn quickly
Patience and the ability to perform well under pressure
As a customer specialist with responsibility for addressing customer needs and ensuring they have a good experience, we are looking for a candidate who is willing with rotational shift work 24/7.
