Customer Support Official Remote (Weekend Shift)

Clarifying the customer&039;s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution;
Collecting customer information and analysing customer needs to get insights into current/ future products or services;
Responding promptly to customer inquiries;
Creating support tickets for the team;
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customers.
Answering questions about features, documenting any technical issues, and passing them on to the product team;
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always;
Build and maintain strong, long- lasting client relationships;
Communicating with customers through various channels such as phone, email, social media, or ticket system;
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support;

At least 1 year experience in Customer Support and 6 months of remote work experience;
Available to work on Saturday and Sunday, according to management&039;s arrangement:

+ Work 16 hours over 2 days with 4- 8 hour shifts (including morning Monday)

Knowledgeable about e- commerce platforms: Shopify, Woo Commerce, Wix Commerce is an advantage;
Great problem- solving skills and ability to collaborate.
Proficient typist and easily adapts to new software applications;
Self- motivated individual who enjoys winning as a team;
Good English for Writing, Reading, Listening, and Speaking (IELTS, TOEIC level equivalent to 6.0 or higher);
Optimistic, enthusiastic, and people- centric focus;

You will get:

Salary 6M- 9M NET;
