If you’re a UI designer, you might try to solve every problem with a new screen. If you’re a product manager, everything might look like an app feature. Both are important — but this role is about something bigger: 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞’𝐬 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬, the challenges they face, and the best (fastest, cheapest, easiest…) way to meet those needs in a way they’ll truly value — whether that’s an app change, a process improvement, or something entirely different.
We believe the same is true for Timo. The new CX Architect will work directly with me, our build team and various other stakeholders to help lead the way.

Initial idea exchange (short call + quick written thoughts).

Part- time, paid trial to validate fit and impact.

If both sides are excited → transition to full- time.

You’ll 𝐛𝐞 𝐚 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮:

- Pair deep and broad empathy with systems thinking.

- Care about setting a new benchmark for our industry

- Are based in HCMC — rapid context- sharing in person is non- negotiable for this role.- Seek to understand first, instead of jumping to conclusions.

- Coordinate across multiple stakeholders without losing focus.

- Can translate messy constraints into clear, valuable flows.

You’ll be joining a team of experts who are technically savvy, creative, and who share the intention of reinventing banking in Vietnam. You work closely with international architects and front- end consultants, product managers, and designers to develop the system. You will learn a lot from them.
