Cyber Security Manager (Governance/InfraSec)

With a growing user base and complex technological systems, we are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Manager to safeguard our platform and lead our cybersecurity initiatives.

As a Cyber Security Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a robust cybersecurity strategy to protect our super app platform and users. You will oversee security operations, manage a team of security professionals, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Your role is crucial in identifying potential risks, addressing vulnerabilities, and creating a secure environment for both our users and internal operations.

Budget oversight: Control security- related expenses and manage the cybersecurity budget efficiently.
Develop and implement cybersecurity strategy: Align with overall business goals to safeguard the company‘s assets, data, and infrastructure.
Ensure compliance: Ensure the company complies with standards like ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI- DSS, and Zero Trust frameworks.
Security awareness programs: Design and implement training programs to elevate the company‘s security posture among employees.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, and IT teams to integrate security into the development lifecycle and business operations.
Manage security operations: Oversee incident response, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence activities.
Perform security audits and risk assessments: Identify and mitigate risks through regular assessments and implementing preventative measures.
Lead security team: Supervise, train, and mentor security officers, ensuring the team‘s growth and alignment with organizational goals.

Yêu cầu công việcRequired Qualifications:

5+ years of cybersecurity experience, preferably in technology- driven environments with leadership roles.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks: ISO 27001, PCI- DSS, GDPR, Zero Trust.
Strong problem- solving and analytical abilities: Able to tackle complex security challenges.
Certifications: CEH, MCSA, LPIC- 3, or equivalent technical certifications.
Experience in security operations: Incident response, vulnerability audits, and cloud security (AWS, GCP, SIEM, SOAR).
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
DevSecOps Practice: Experience with integrating security into DevOps processes.
Leadership and mentorship skills: Ability to train, supervise, and guide a cybersecurity team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
Experience with cloud security and data protection regulations.
Knowledge of mobile security best practices and tools.
Experience in the ride- hailing or e- commerce industry.
