[Da Nang] Agile Delivery Manager

Ensuring the regular delivery of projects and products in accordance with Agile methodologies.
Defining and managing priorities against the available capacity of team members.
People management for assigned teams: work closely with team leadership in people matters, project resources management, coaching of team members, and knowledge management. ADM is the direct manager of SM, TA, and PPO in their assigned teams
Work with solution/platform architect to provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration across multiple customer engagements from the definition phase (pre- sales/scoping) through implementation.
Delivery management: ensure delivered products meet/exceed the agreed timeline/quality
Display thought leadership and demo solutions at major events
Contribute to organizational risk management and retrospectives
Project management: work closely with SM/PPO/TA in planning/executing / monitoring and take corrective action in their assigned projects. Managing schedule, risk, assumptions, issues, dependencies, stakeholders (create and maintain RACI matrix)
Encouraging regular iteration on deliverables.
Process management: lead process kaizen activities in assigned project teams, work with SM, TA, PPO, and QA in assigned projects to ensure healthy PDCA cycles happen in agile / architecture / QA / PPO / skill maturity processes
Building strong relationships with key client stakeholders and demonstrating the appropriate level of gravitas in engaging with business.

Experience in managing multiple complex technology projects with strong project management, client management, service delivery, and people management skills
Excellent client- facing communication skills.
Strong exposure to Agile- based methodologies, SCRUM, Change management, etc.
Accountable for planning and allocating resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
Have good communication skills to interact and influence the project team to coordinate with stakeholders.
