TITLE: Senior Account Executive
Compensation: Competitive & negotiable (USD 1,200 – 1,500 based on experience & performance)
ROLE MISSION
As a Senior Account Executive, you will act as a strategic partner to key clients, leading integrated marketing campaigns and driving business impact. You will collaborate closely with cross- functional teams to deliver breakthrough solutions, build long- term partnerships, and contribute to agency growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Client Leadership
Serve as the primary point of contact, understanding clients’ brand strategy, market positioning, and business objectives.
Proactively identify communication opportunities and propose strategic initiatives to drive brand performance.
IMC Campaign Management
Lead the end- to- end planning and execution of integrated campaigns across Digital, social media, PR, Activation, E- Commerce, and OOH platforms.
Coordinate internal teams (Planning, Creative, Digital Media, Production) to ensure seamless implementation, quality control, and cost efficiency.
Monitor timeline, budget, and deliverables with a strong commitment to performance and client satisfaction.
Digital & Content Management
Oversee digital campaign execution (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Affiliate, Ad Networks, E- commerce Media).
Manage brand- owned platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Zalo), ensuring content aligns with brand positioning and engagement objectives.
Business Growth & Reporting
Participate in new business pitches, RFP submissions, and brainstorming for upcoming campaigns.
Develop growth opportunities within existing client portfolios.
Prepare strategic proposals, performance reports, and post- campaign evaluations with actionable insights.
Vendor & Production Management
Manage third- party partners (production houses, KOL agencies, media vendors) to ensure deliverables meet creative and technical expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3 years of agency experience in Account Management, Digital Marketing, or IMC Communications.
Proven experience in managing multi- channel marketing campaigns.
Fluent English is required; Korean or Japanese is a plus (not mandatory).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Management, Journalism, or equivalent.
Strategic mindset with high ownership, strong business acumen, and client- centric thinking.
