80% Data Analyst
• Built and maintained multiple Power BI dashboards, particularly in asset management and order tracking for regional stakeholders.
• Collaborated with business departments to provide detailed performance analytics
• Standardized and cleansed asset and operational data and improved data handling efficiency.
20% Helpdesk
• Develop, implement, and administer IT services, ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of all information and production systems.
• Responsible for network- telecommunications function and ensuring compatibility and interoperability of computer systems, telecommunication, and office equipment.
• Maintain and support PC workstations and laptop. This will include troubleshooting and replacing hardware components, performing upgrades to existing systems, and installing replacement systems.
• Support also includes software support for the operating system, Microsoft Office, and other standard packages used by Concentrix Group.
• Lead and handle all activities in one location
• Provide support to end- users regarding network connectivity and desktop computing.

• Good English reading & writing skills
• Ability to lead, coordinate, and communicate with multiple stakeholders
• Basic IT helpdesk / IT operations knowledge
• Strong skills in Power BI, Excel, and Data analytics
• At least 2 years of experience in similar role
• Logical thinking and problem- solving mindset
