Data Analyst

Data Collection and Processing:
Clean, standardize, and transform data for analysis.
Collaborate with departments to identify appropriate data processing requirements.
Collect data from multiple sources (internal systems, databases).
Data Analysis:
Utilize descriptive statistics, comparative analysis, and advanced analytical techniques (if applicable).
Develop analytical reports based on requests from departments such as sales, marketing, finance, operations, human resources, etc.
Visualization and Reporting:
Update and maintain dashboards in real time or periodically (daily/weekly/monthly).
Design visual reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, etc.).
Ensure reports are easy to understand and accessible to end users (non- technical users).
Supporting Business Decision- Making:
Providing insights and proposing process improvements based on data analysis.
Participating in strategic projects such as cost optimization, revenue growth, and customer experience enhancement.
Collaborating with departments to develop metrics and monitor system and project performance over time.
Data Quality Control:
Verifying the accuracy and completeness of data before analysis.
Detecting logical errors in data and collaborating with technical departments for resolution.

Preferably working in Financial & Banking institution.
Proficient in SQL for data retrieval and analysis.
At least 2 years of working experience with design dashboards, analytics reports for the business team.
Good demonstration of communication and presentation skills.
Graduated from College/Bachelor in Information Technology, MIS, Economics or related fields.
At least 2- 3 years experience in a similar position, especially in report reconciliation and data analysis.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem- solving skills.
Experience with one of the BI tools such as PowerBI, OBIEE, Cognos,...
