Data Analyst

- Lead & directly come up with new initiatives to grow the user base of MoMo’s products
- Take charge of delivering high-quality, actionable business analyses of MoMo’s products & users including funnel analyses, user segmentation & behavior, channel analyses…
- End-to-end project management: Plan and execute growth projects together with our star team members, including but not limited to: growth marketing programs, product features, growth strategy & planning
- Lead and monitor the process of implementing growth initiatives, especially the detailed planning and execution and evaluation of impact during and after the implementation

● Proficiency with an SQL-based language is required. BigQuery is a plus; we will provide youwith further training.
● Proficiency with Python (preferably) or R/SPSS is a plus. We will provide you with furthertraining.
● Strong written and verbal communication. You will explain problems and insights to bothbusiness and technical teams.
● Strong analytical skills with numbers and data. You can transform data, apply domainknowledge, test hypotheses, detect patterns and spot critical gaps.
● Your ability and desire to learn is essential. Both the product and technology are constantlyevolving and we all help each other keep up
