What you will do
The Data Analyst will be part of the Data Analytics team, andwork to supplement the analytics and visualization contributions towards thedata- driven decisions at MoMo. This candidate should enjoy managing highvolumes of commercial and operational data and be comfortable providinganalyses and insights. They will have the opportunity to directly influence theproducts and development of the company, and their conclusions will have awide- ranging impact on the commercial decisions of the business. The main tasksinclude, but are not limited to:
Designing and implementing solutions andbest- practices, with automation and scalability in mind, to empower end- usersto become self- reliant;
Building, developing, and maintaining automateddashboards to monitor performance metrics;
Collaborating with internal team to consolidaterequirements, understand business needs, and deliver projects in a timelymanner;
Monitoring data quality to ensure data sourcesare reliable and relevant for the team’s purposes;
Types of projects include: customersegmentation; analyses to enhance user acquisition, engagement, conversion,retention; reporting standardization; gamification; A/B testing &experimentation analysis for product development and optimization .
Ad- hoc Reporting & Data Analysis duties orother responsibilities as required;
Analyzing complex data to drive insightfulfindings and translating them into meaningful, actionable recommendations forour stakeholders;
What you will need
Minimum Qualifications University degree (BA, BSc, etc.) in aquantitative discipline such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics,Information Management; or;
University degree with quantitative/statisticscoursework such as Business, Economics, Marketing, or relevant fields.
Key Skills/Experience Required Critical:
Excellent analytical skills and problem- solvingaptitude;
Ability to collect, organize, and analyzesignificant amounts of data with high attention to detail;
Strong spoken and written communication skills(in both English and Vietnamese) to collaborate with team members and toexplain findings clearly to internal team as well as stakeholders;
Sense of ownership, a growth mindset, and theability to recommend solutions which are scalable;
Experience writing complex queries in SQL orother SQL- based languages;
Ability to visualize findings, create meaningfulinsights, and arrive at actionable recommendations;
Self- learner and quick to adopt new knowledgeand technical skills;
Effectively collaborate within a team as well aswork independently.
Foster strong relationships with business unitsby establishing a culture of support and shared accountability within the team;
Work proactively with key business partners toclosely monitor risks and opportunities and identify improvement opportunities;
