Data Analytics Intern

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and curious Data Intern to join our growing Data Analytics team. In this role, you will gain valuable experience working on real- world data analysis projects and contribute to data- driven decision making within the company.
Responsibilities:
Assist senior data analysts with data collection, cleaning, and transformation using SQL.
May assist with other data- related tasks as assigned
Participate in data quality checks and ensure data accuracy.
Develop and maintain data reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Conduct basic data analysis tasks and create visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
Learn and stay updated on best practices in data analysis.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and visualization capabilities.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Working knowledge of SQL for querying relational databases.
Currently enrolled in a bachelor&039;s degree program in Computer Science, Mathematics, Quantitative field, or a related discipline.
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus.
Understanding of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for enhancing Power BI reports (a plus).
Basic understanding of Python programming language (a plus).
Eagerness to learn and explore new technologies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
