Data Analytics Leader / Associate Manager

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Prepare regular reports and dashboards to present key performance indicators and demand forecasting metrics to stakeholders.
Develop and maintain statistical models for demand forecasting, continuously improving forecast accuracy.
Explore and recommend the use of advanced analytics tools for demand forecasting improvements
Utilize data analytics tools, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools, to streamline data analysis and reporting processes.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to sales, demand, and inventory levels.

Cross- Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to understand market trends and new product launches that may impact demand.

Team Management:

Foster a collaborative and results- driven work environment.
Assist Data Analytics team with day- to- day activities and provide guidance and support for their professional growth.

Knowledge of Python is a plus.
Effective communication and presentation skills to convey insights to non- technical stakeholders.
Bachelor&039;s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science).
Proven experience in data analysis and data- driven decision- making, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, SQL
Excellent problem- solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
