Data Engineer

Translate business requirements into data- driven solutions in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.
Document data processes and model workflows for maintainability.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with company standards.
Collaborate with AI/ML Engineers to design and maintain data pipelines (ETL/ELT) from ERP, IoT, and production systems.
Clean, transform, and structure data for machine learning and analytics.
Manage data storage, processing, and retrieval in Data Warehouse or Data Lake environments.
Conduct exploratory data analysis and statistical modeling to support AI initiatives.
Monitor and optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.

Experience working with APIs, relational and NoSQL databases, and large- scale data processing systems.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and in cross- functional teams.
Minimum 2- 3 years of hands- on experience in Data engineering, Data integration, or a similar data- focused role.
Solid understanding of data modeling, schema design, and data governance best practices.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including cloud- based data storage and processing tools.
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience using data manipulation libraries such as Pandas and PySpark.
Good English communication.
Proven experience in designing and implementing ETL/ELT pipelines and automating data workflows.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
