Data Entry Team Leader - Work In D7 HCMC - Full Night Shift - Salary Of 14.700.000VND Net

Complete data entry tasks yourself when not engaged in leadership duties.
Carry out other responsibilities as required by management.
Monitor and track the team’s performance, and collect data on their output and quality.
Collect ticket information from websites provided by the company. Buy the tickets as required by manager’s instructions.
Lead, mentor, and support a team of 5 data entry personnel.
Communicate regularly with the direct manager to report team performance, issues, and progress.
Complete other tasks as requested by the manager.
Provide feedback to the team to help improve efficiency.
Fill out reports using pre- made templates of team members and yourself and submit them to the manager at the end of each shift.
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reports and data.
WORKING TIME:
5 night working shifts a week. From 8PM to 5AM. (Night shift will have 30% salary bonus per hour from 10PM- 5AM, by law.)
You will have TWO random days off/week, this will be decided by the company.
1 hour of break in any time of the shift.

Good communication skills, including reporting and team management.
Very important: Must be proficient in English (both written and spoken).
Ability to multitask and take on additional responsibilities when required.
Proven experience in data entry and team leadership.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
