Data Management (Background IT) - Fresher

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identifying and analyzing the improvements for the current process.
Automate tracking data input to the Cello system (FIS/VMS)
Providing a solution to any identified and potential risks
Responsible for understanding & gathering internal/external data to find the operational index
Responsible for analyzing & identifying internal/external customer operation data to find Root- Causes, impacts, Opportunities, etc.)
Supporting Tracking teams in daily activities
Designing, developing, and implementing innovative RPA processes in getting data, generating reports, and mailing automation.
RPA task & designing detailed solution in terms of process efficiencies, the system required
Responsible for setting up operational index and monitoring
Functionality enhancement, etc. for S.E.Asia subsidiaries
Build, manage, and customize a program of MS Access, SQL data server following request from management.
Responsible for finding insight and cooperating with the Tracking Center group to support developing

REQUIREMENTS:

Proficient in computer applications: Power Automate, VBA, SQL, Power BI
Background IT. Fresher is acceptable
English- intermediate level
