Experimentation: Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimize the platform’s features, user onboarding, and engagement strategies.
User & Trainer Insights: Analyze data to uncover patterns in user behavior and trainer effectiveness, providing actionable insights to enhance both client and trainer experience.
Personalized Fitness Solutions: Create algorithms and predictive models to personalize fitness programs for clients based on historical data, goals, and preferences.
Data Visualization & Reporting: Build dynamic dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to key stakeholders, ensuring insights are easily accessible and actionable.
Advanced Analytics & Modeling: Develop and implement machine learning models to predict client behavior, engagement, and retention, improving overall platform performance.
Collaboration & Product Optimization: Work with product, engineering, and marketing teams to integrate data science solutions into the Everfit platform, helping shape new features and refine user experience.
Data Integrity & Quality: Ensure that data pipelines are clean, accurate, and processed efficiently to support reliable decision- making and model building.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical analysis
• Strong proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Scikit- learn).
• Knowledge of Cloud platforms (e.g. AWS) and Fivetran, Databricks, Hightouch
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data modeling, and statistical techniques.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib).
• Strong problem- solving skills and the ability to build scalable, data- driven solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to non- technical stakeholders.
• Good English proficiency

Nice to have:

Experience with fitness or wellness- related platforms, particularly in personal training or health technology.
Familiarity with time- series analysis, recommendation systems, and natural language processing (NLP) for client communication insights.
